Return Policy

All Products may be returned within 90 days. Customer must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request from our website in accordance with our return policy. All products must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped including all original boxes, crates, manuals, accessories, etc. that were included in the original shipment. The items must be in like-new condition, unused, unopened and unregistered. Buyer pays for all return shipping. Buyer will receive refund after all goods are received in our Miami, Florida, USA processing facility and are verified that goods are in like-new condition and meet all of the above criteria. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used when placing the order. Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement.

The only exception to the above return policy is for defective items. Any defective items may be returned at any time within the first 90 days after receiving the goods. Buyers of defective goods still must submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request from our website. All products must be returned in the original boxes, crates, and include manuals, accessories, etc. that were included in the original shipment. Buyer pays for all return shipping. Buyer may choose replacement product or refund. Buyer will receive refund after all goods are received in our Miami, Florida, USA processing facility and are verified and that buyer has returned all accessories, manuals, etc. Refunds will be issued to the same form of payment used when placing the order. Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement. Replacement products will be shipped at no charge.

Buyer may cancel order at any time up until the goods are shipped. Once they have been shipped, no cancellations will be accepted. Cancelled orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee deducted from payments already paid. Balance of monies paid will remain in customers account as a credit toward future orders.

There are NO refunds or cancellations on Services. Ensure that you have completed your service request completely and accurately before you place your order.
